What basically are NFTs?

Non-fungible Tokens (NFTs) are one-of-a-kind digital assets (such as art, music, game items, and/or videos) that use blockchain technology to allow them to be transferred or sold from owner to owner in a transparent and easily trackable manner. In this sense, they can be regarded as public proof of ownership.
